Editing is so deeply engrained into who I am. I don’t just edit because it’s a job; I edit because I naturally see stories, spots, and connections others might miss. Honestly, I find editing easier than writing, so why not make a living doing what feels most natural?
 

My style? Blunt but kind. Thorough but always clear. I don’t just tell you what’s wrong, but I explain why it’s not working, helping you connect the dots and uncover blind spots. I’m a stickler for Chicago Manual of Style, but more importantly, I’m a partner in your storytelling journey.

I love indie fantasy and romantasy because, I know it's cliche, but I love love, in all its messy, complicated shapes. That moment, seeing a story truly come alive, is why I do this.
 

When I give feedback, I show you why something isn’t working instead of just tearing it down. My clients often tell me I see what others don’t—that I latch onto their story, quote their own lines back to them, and dig into the “why” behind their words.
 

Outside editing, I’m passionate about writing, connection, empathy, and serving others. I find inspiration in animals, nature, and deep feelings, all of which fuel my ability to help you craft stories readers will remember long after the last page.
